Products and descriptions
We work to describe our products accurately, including both their capabilities and their limits. Product photography is representative; small variations in appearance, packaging or included adapters can occur between production runs. Our filters are intended for use with treated municipal tap water and are not a substitute for certified treatment of water known or suspected to be unsafe.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was listed in error after you order, we'll contact you and either cancel the order with a full refund or confirm how you'd like to proceed.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.
