We want you to be happy with what you bought. If the product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include all original parts, adapters and packaging. Because this product is covered by a money-back guarantee, a filter you've installed and tried is still eligible within the 30-day window — we simply ask that everything that came in the box comes back with it.
How to start a return
Email velorian@velorianusa.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning the item. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when you received something other than what you ordered. In those cases we cover return shipping and will either replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, or the unit stops working as described, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process above applies.
