Everything ships from within the United States. Here's what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on orders over $35. For orders under $35, the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address, before you pay.
Delivery time
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories usually take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after the label is created.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually update an address before an order ships if you email us quickly, but we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier. We don't currently ship outside the United States.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbours and around your building first, then email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.
